If the 5 companies sued have all settled for a significant amount, what will happen next?  Are there other lawsuits pending?  Will this mean that the other several hundred patent infringers will realize that they too will need to settle?  I hate to see a stock run up and then fall back over time.  Obviously no stock goes straight up.  However,  this appears to me  that there is now legal precedent(if they all settle after this "markman" hearing) saying that PTSC patents are valid and the others companies over the course of the next ? (Year?) will also need to pay up.
