All I know is that local settlement involved Fresno State and a former women's basketball coach in a harrasement case.  She offered to settle for $950,000...University, would only settle for around $500,000...She just won her case, and the jury decided in her favor.......HELLO..ya ready?  $19.7 MILLION!!!!  Who knows how that will actually turn out and who knows what jurys can decide these days?  After the trial, a couple of jurors said that they would have been willing to get $45 million dollars.  J.F.Y.I.  Thanks,
