Perhaps this is part of the confidentiality that TPL cannot even say that Toshiba and MEI bought a license as opposed to was granted a license, perhaps this is why the many other announcements to
disguise or conceal teh amounts actually paid by MEI and Toshiba but I'm just not sure.
While we are all inferring that Nec ,MEI and Toshiba are paying for
the rights to use teh MMP, the change in language is unsettling
mostly because I don't understand why teh words X,Y & Z have purchased
a MMP.
Why the words GRANTS and Resolves,, why not PURCHASES
