1) since the details are not disclosed, when will the applicable Quarterly numbers be out? I'm hoping at somepoint before then, our team published a highlevel number of all settlements (including some of the other little guys not involved in the litigation).

2) When will they settle with Samsung (big money). I read the other day that Samsungs president was being investigagted over a 6.7 billion dollar slush fund... yes 6.7 Billion Dollars. They should be able to afford our technology.

3) In the most recent Jim Turley article, they showed JT's email ... jturley@psct.com. If they have the wrong email on there, it will be hard for fund managers to contact the man.
