the only secrets I want to know right now are the fine print on the settlements, the numbers of potential licencees we may sign in the next 6-12 months and the plans currently being laid to invest the large amounts of cash available to the board.

Anything else is most likely of secondary importance, and not worth getting in a froth about. If Ron has definitive information regarding any of the above, I'd be very surprised. However, I do value his interpretation of the legal process, and am glad that he is able to enhance our understanding of what is actually going on. If you are able to provide such information, please feel free to share. If not, why are you trying to harass someone to can and does.

No-one owes you or I explainations - the same information is available to all non-insiders. It is up to you to decide what to research and how to interpret it. If I can get it here from the many informed and intelligent people, then good for me. Please don't try to spoil it - it is too potentially valuable.
