make me # 39! I JUST got back in after being in meetings all day and am just catching up on the excitement. I see #'s were not released, no surprise there. Many on this board stated their opinion that the #'s wouldn't be released as a result of NDA's being part of the settlement including myself after talking with 3 patent attorneys who guaranteed this to be the case. But I guess some are now upset that $$ amounts have been kept confidential...sigh! And now I see that Ron, the #1 reason I joined this board, takes the time to post today and is attacked...sigh! Ease, I get it, and I appreciate your posts as well as the posts by others. I don't think I am going to waste any more time trying to catch up on the posts today...I am just going to enjoy the news, and wait for the next 2 Q's.

On a side note, Mr. Turley, the uncertainty of Texas has been removed. It is time for you step up and lead this company. You have had 6 months to develop a plan, so within the next 3 months I would expect you to share the details of your plan with the shareholders, and begin the execution of that plan! I know you can do it! Let's get to work!
