From earlier discussions here, it sounds as if ScottTrade has also limited PTSC trading to call-in only. The ETrade broker I spoke with today said that they would normally charge an additional $45 for the trade, but since they implemented the "freeze" they would not charge the fee.

I just sent a terse request for information specific to PTSC to ETrade's online service center. Anyone using ETrade should contact them and voice your concerns ... AND BE AS LOUD AS YOUR CONSCIENCE ALLOWS! Don't know if that will change anything, but it's obvious that nothing will change if the disgruntled customers don't grunt!
