Of course it was.. One can try to interpret, or spin, the PRs anyway one wants... the way they were written gives leeway for that... but the Js paid real money for the rights to the MMP.. we don't know how much.. but of course they paid.

The only thing IMO waiting for the USPTO Reexams is the final and complete stamp of validity that we all hope and expect to occur sometime in the next few months or so (I still believe they will have to pass the KSR/Obv test [no need to redebate that] but I have confidence in our representation to secure the desired outcome.. and my fingers are crossed)...
