If I could give you 100 thumbs up regarding the issuance of the PR on PTSC's website I would.  Also to beat a dead horse, why is PTSC omitted from the headline?

As for the wording of the PR, to me it seems very muffled and understated and I take that as TPL/PTSC agreeing not to rub it in.  Furthering that view is that as far as I can find, non of the J's have listed that PR on their websites.  If it was a "win" for them, I'd assume they'd show it there.
