In hindsight now, wouldn't that second motion for stay made by the defendants be telling us that TPL was playing harball with the defendants? I believe JW may have nixed the motion and told the Js it had to be joint motion or no additional stay. TPL Joined in the motions when there was sufficient give on the part of the Js. All IMHO.
