JT wasn't hired to license infringers - we already have someone doing that.

He wasn't hired to sell a product - we have no product to sell.

He was hired to grow the company, which he is trying to do thru m&a. What part of that don't you understand. You can't compare him to a ceo of a company that has products to sell - apples and oranges.
