You have more patience than I.  We had a real opportunity to pick up cheap shares this morning that went unfullfilled from my perspective.  I believe the only legitimate reason for trading restrictions are outright fraud issues, disclosed to the investing public, not because there may be some unusual trading activity!

I am a big boy and can determine my own risk level.
