I am not aware of any SEC actions relating to PTSC. My point in my letter is that the investing public is prone to do some pretty crazy things at times. For instance, I once owned a stock that a large number of people decided was doing something inappropriate. They initiated a letter writing campaign to the SEC. Big mistake - tied the company's hands for quite some time while the SEC mucked around finally clearing the company of any fraudulent actions. This is the OTC market. Recommend you get used to manipulation and volatility. Such is the nature of the beast for BB stocks. GL
