As all are talking, there are lots of possible explanations about the nondisclosure of $$ amounts, ranging from them being very good for PTSC to very bad for PTSC.

The one I prefer is that PTSC/TPL requested non-disclosure at this time because of on-going negotiations with other companies who are infringing.

While some of the "first-signer" "early bird" special goes away with this settlement, some of that does not until a favorable patent office decision.  Maybe hold off on more signings until that (hopefully and anticipated) happens to strengthen negotiating position?
