Milestone, I value your contributions here above all others but find it hard to be as magnanimous as you suggest. And, if not now, when would be a good time to question the effectiveness of individual board members?

From memory, I believe that the consultation with S&L regarding a merger or acquisition expires in February, 2008. I also expect that Jim Turley will be assessing the contributions of the current BOD to date, and the best way that each director may contribute in the future development of PTSC as it enters a new phase, and act accordingly. He will be fully aware, in my very humble opinion, that changing circumstances require different talents, and to this end will have directors on board to maximize the potential no later than the next annual meeting.
