He said then that when he agreed to retire/convert/sell to PTSC, what ever, all the warrants, he also retired his right to be consulted before any M/A deals were struck.

I also asked him what he thought it would take to get the SP up and he said: "It depends on what PTSC does with all the money they are getting."

The conversation lasted a minute but he DID say the above.

He has NO input in any M/A activity JT is getting us involved in.
