here for Toshiba, Panasonic and JVC? NEC didn't include one ,nor did the other NEC entities, nor Fugitsu that I remember. Seems something more than pay once and done with these 3.

What other things would/could be overseen, in the future, by the court, besides future sum payments or scheduled royalties? Any ideas? Thanks for all your efforts Sge.

Side note to many: When oh when will people who know this stock inside and out and been in it forever going to learn to take some $$ off the table when the opportunities present themselves? We ALL knew...no #'s = no huge move up. If worried about taxes, look at the Roth. Plenty of time to fund for '07 and be ready for April.
