"And now that I've turned this into another friggin' novel, I'll suggest that we may see several more licensees over the next few weeks. I think this not only because of the end of formal litigation and what that implies, but also to further disguise the "J Numbers" if any forward-looking guidance comes with the 10Q."
I certainly hope you are right. But I have one sticking point that just keeps bothering me. The wording in the settlement announcement did not include the normal "license", but rather a "Business Resolution" and "Granted Certain Rights". If I am a new potential licensee I would want to know what that meant, and if you are going to tell me anyway, why not be more specific in the first place? Is part of the NDA not admitting that they bought a license? That seems a little extreme to me. I just feel that something is different or it would not be there. Again, have to wait for the movie. These are reasons a lot are frustrated now and also reason why we should be more patient with our frusrated friends. We bought stock in a company not a darn drama production!
