I don't believe any ongoing royalties would be reported separately on the Income Statement. However, if there will be ongoing royalties there should be info in the footnotes to the financial statements indicating that. I am not absolutely sure that info would be required, but it is normally included. It may not be very specific i.e. "The agreement with NEC requires future royalty payments based on...", but I believe it will be there.
