palomar, i have no idea why that was included by Turley but it is strange to include this and always gives way to more speculation. but the inclusion of that statement was not needed...so why did turley make this statement? my 2 cents on this is......1) a message to shareholders that the information (due to NDA) will not be taken advantage of by insiders 2) turley just likes to talk

i am not sure yet......but the inclusion is one to contemplate.
