What are the chances of us backing into a co. already on the NAS?

For instance--this little co. has been having problems staying listed. They corrected some things and met some new friends and they now get to stay listed. Take a look at the bios of the parties involved. It would be nice if we could find a co. in a similar position and just back-in- to them=instant Nasdaq listing? I wonder why this co. increased their # of shares? GL, ads
