It seems like Turley is stepping far away from Patriot.  Turley seems like the type who would want to issue a shareholder statement or newsletter telling shareholders everything is OK - laced with a few bad jokes of course.   I don't believe a non-disclosure would prevent Turley from conveying "not to worry everyone". 

No Turley statement, no response to Kirk from Hawk and a "business" settlement with the J-3 makes me think that Patriot will either be taken over or merged with another company soon.  Management typically very quiet before these types of events take place. 

We're obviously missing a "big" piece to this puzzle.

I know - this is a WAG to the Nth degree but just wanted to throw it out their so everyone could tell me why I'm way off base ; )
