I live in Henderson, which is Las Vegas suburb. I'm a huge CARNIVORE. I've tried most of the best steakhouses here. To my tastes, Delmonico's (at the Venetian) Bone-In-Ribeye steak is the BEST steak in the WORLD! (and I've eaten steak all throughout the US & Europe! lol)

Other very good steak places in town are: Nine (Palms Hotel), The Prime (Bellagio), The Steak House (Treasure Island), Sanoma Cellar (Sunset Station). All places I've eaten

I was definitely NOT impressed with CraftSteak at the MGM.

I've also heard very good things about the Austin steakhouse at the Texas Station hotel, the Steak House at Circus Circus.
