Actually, the house that the fundraiser was held at is not Sam's, but a contractor/friend of his. It's kind of got a medieval castle theme to it. Has a name as well (a house with a name, lol). Sam is just completing his own home on a 4 lot pennisula a little farther east, but also right on the water. It was supposed to be done a while ago, and I was contemplating buying his current home once he moved (we're currently neighbors). Anyway, good people he and his family.

I am amazed at the asking prices of some of those homes! I hope for your sake that they get them as that can only help your values. If I were to spend that much, I'd have to have about 10 acres to go with it.......not to mention $14M lol! Well if you get that house, ie and PTSC gets to $10, I'll expect to meet you at the PTSC cocktail party! Though if PTSC gets to $10, "your people" may have to contact "my people" to set that up as we may be too high falutin to be bothered with such mundane issues.
