If indeed Swartz wants or is getting out, the BEST way for that to happen is for PTSC to arrange a negotiated buyout of his shares, rather than PTSC doing a share buyback on the open market.  That controls the downside impact of him selling, and also accomplishes the reduction in OS that PTSC's share buyback program accomplishes.  Even if they pay a slight premium to the actual price, it's better for all concerned IMO.
