I agree with all you say.  It is clear, regardless of how subdued and non-forthcoming the settlement and note from Turley PR's were, that with the Verigy PR, TPL/PTSC/Alliacense are ANNOUNCING, that the J's BOUGHT LICENSES.  All that's left to figure out is how much they paid.

I know others besides you and I have posted this info, and I'm not sure why some still question it, but such it is so I suppose we'll have to continue to refute the claims when they are posted.
