Good morning all. Oscar, you might want to consider that the pr obviously had J2.5 demands written all over it. That is not solely TPL talking. I'm sure the J's wanted the pr to read all parties are happy with the business resolution meaning all parties. But if there was no way the Js could truely be happy about it, would TPL agree to put that it in print, providing a totally bogus message? That is what I'm alluding to here. The wording of the pr was a way around that obstacle. Made it sound like all are happy, but not really saying it. Both sides happy with wording of pr. Hence, this might be a huge clue to settlement $. IMHO
