The fact is, communications between the patent office examiner and the inventor is sealed. All anyone really knows is that they're communicating. In those communications I'm sure the examiner will ask tough questions and I'm sure the inventor will have great answers.

I have to disagree, if you check the '336, the full response to the USPTO is available and on the '148, it is possible to read the USPTO grounds for re-examination - within 2 months, the TPL/Moore response should be availble also.
