Here's an excerpt from Ken from the 3rd of January 2007 answering my question why Agilent was missing:
"Update on your initial question "..: why did the logo of AGILENT disappear at the startingpage of Patriot.."
It disappeared because Agilent objected to their logo appearing on PTSC's homepage, and Patriot complied with that.
The Q2 due date is January 14th (45 days after the quarter ended on Nov 30th); It will be on the 15th, however because the original due date falls on Sunday.

BTW you can see the release date for the 10Q was 45 days after the end of the quarter (according to Ken), which I'd assume to be the same in 2008.
