I understand where you are coming from. My point yesterday that was squashed like a  rotten roach was the same (LOL).  For me: Why change the language? ie, a license is a license is alliasenseLOL. All it does is confuse everyone unless as Opty was mentioning on another area is that is the point. TPL and J3 wanted the language to sound different to indicate that an arrangement had been made that was somehow different, i.e. baffle them with BS. They got what they wanted to a degree and we got what we wanted to a degree (iePTSC).

Deb, Lambert and others have emphatically stated that it doesn't matter. To the point of further understanding what happened.... .. PTSC/TPL don't want us to understand what happened because they swore to J3 our lips are sealed...permanently.

To reiterate, the parties involved decided that no one would really know the details. Not us, not other infringers, not their shareholders, no one will know the details but the parties involved and they are sworn to secrecy. I think that the 10Q released by PTSC now and into the immediate future will require TPL blessing of approval. This is our lot in life when it comes to the MMP.

Finally, there is little doubt in my mind that the end result will be extremely lucrative to PTSC and TPL. If not, all involved on our side belong in a funny farm. We spent millions on millions to get nothing. How impossible is that. Their game plan is TOP SECRET. You must have that clearance to be in the know, period.
