I was jokin. I like writing things like that. Play with words. It's better than playin with something else (Jay Leno) no, not really. I made that up too.LOL LOL.

By the way good luck in the big game this weekend. I think these may be some of the best playoff games, as far as match ups, that we have seen in recent years. This is the one time that I take time to watch pro football...during the playoffs... i.e if my wife lets me lol... no, not really. She is glad to be rid of me for awhile... I think. Like with the J3 decision, don't know exactly where I stand.

To be honest, I have no idea of the who, what, when, where, why, how of this agreement. This is what TPL accomplished IMO to broker the deal. As everyone knows, attorneys do not fool around. They are all about business. They will not be messed with. This is their livelihood.

(Buttering up time) Laurie is such an excellent poster like you are, (did you see that picture of her, super hot), that you and her cannot accept that you don't know the answer. You both feel like you must complete the picture, even though the lawyers say we will not let you comprehend what is going on. Thus, different language and different explanations. They will release only the minimal amount that the SEC requires. This must be win, win because TPL wants it that way. Their logic is tied to the art of licensure, evidently, something patent attorney's are expert at.

This is TPL's game. I have never really had to hire an attorney for anything complex, but my understanding is that when you do, you follow their guidance, period. You dare not step out of the bounds that they have established. This is what I think has happened here. "This is the way it is going down. If you don't like it. Give us your share of the MMP, PTSC. You signed such in the Master Agreement. Live with it Jim."" We own you." lol

I know TPL will do what is in their best interest. This is also what is in our best interest.

Wolfpackvoltare, I believe is on the right track. He is not really mean. Business is really, really mean. It is critically important to get the ball rolling. What are we doing with the millions we have garnered. We dropped our dividends for WHAT??? for WHAT????????I see new things happening on TPL. Where are the new things in PTSC. Leckrone is managing his empire, when are we going to start managing our empire. Their product is patent licenses and protection of patent licenses. Where in the hell is our product, promised previously. This is what is bothering me. Right now, at this moment, I am not concerned with J3. It is over, supposedly. Fantastic!! I wonder about tomorrow not yesterday. I wonder about the M&A, the building of the umbrella, the scope of where we are going. Dan Leckrone is working like a dog and making huge bucks, when is Jim Turley going to start working where we can see tangible results. This is what is going to turn us into a Nasdaq stock, not the MMP. When you hit the ground running, you take action as soon as practical.

1. Shareholder Letter

2. 10Q

3. Actionable material results.

( For example. We can't find any good company so we got ahold of some guys from Goldman Sachs and we are guaranteed 30% ROI year over year on the milions we have in the bank. Something, anything)

Not to get too biblical, but how about the parable Jesus told about the 3 servants given money to go out and improve their lot. The servant who buried the money and returned to the Master was thrown to the wolves whereas the ones who worked with what they were given received glorious praise. What about it?

JT. Almost 7 months and NOW counting, sir. Remember, in reality, we, the shareholders own you. You are our servant...just like we all have been servants to our employers. What are you producing?

I apologize for what some might consider offensive language but the business world is not tea at Tiffany's. There is a price you must pay.

Have a great evening, Lambert. I am gone. Peace, out.
