I have doubts JT would do anything like that. Also the next 10-Q will not have the details. The next 10-Q is released this month.

We do not know at this time what the settlement will be in terms of dollars and receivables. The next 10Q will report the magnitude of the settlement.  clearly, this is a huge win for PTSC. At a minimum, management is released from the complexity and negative energy of this legal action. At a maximum, we expect the settlement in terms of dollars received may be a significant event on the Balance Sheet.
