PACER ruling on Higgins/Disqualifica...

New ruling on PACER, labeled not for citation, but it says that Patriot`s NY and Calif. counsel are both disqualified; the Georgia counsel (Carlton Johnson, on PTSC`s board) is allowed to stay on the case. And Higgins will NOT be allowed to testify. 8 page ruling. I haven`t read the particulars, but that`s how it sums up.
