"something is definitely not right with wall street and this company.... could it be they have no confidence?"
As I often repeated to my german PTSC fellows, IMHO Patriot is in NO WAY interested in building up reputation or confidence at the OTC for the common OTC investors. Why? When you want to leave the OTC in 2008 or 2009?
If I was Patriots' CEO, I would execute the plan to eliminate all the negatives (see my posts regarding the Dutton list of Negatives), silently develop the "umbrella" and during a very short time (maybe via a merger) I would step to the NASDAQ, without giving the OTC guys much time to react.
To say it kind of harsh: the more investors, who bought in sub20/sub30-range, leave the Patriot ship BEFORE it heads to the NASDAQ, the better it is for the development of the shareprice in the short and long run.
This means, that so far the Wall Street does not know that much about Patriot, because they don't have to!
IMO they will get to know the whole story, when Patriot is ready with its plan (see above).
But today we are not part of the Wall Street, we are on little piece of the big unknown OTC & Pinksheet World - a world the real investors don't and can't care.
All IMHO - glta
