i tend to agree that this is the problem. the big red flag on management was when they decided to fire all employees and stop R&D and shelve all development products. this was strange when they did this but they gave the reason being the "umbrella" theory. but the umpbrella theory was tarnished when the divies were issued and their was nothing in the bank. the umbrella theory would have worked if they had implemened it...but they went in the opposite direction to appease a warrant holder. i stated the day this happened that PTSC management would pay dearly for this move if they did not implement a growth plan immediately. they did not and have not for whatever reason. so it is apparently not all about cash in the bank...i think wall street does not believe the current group can execute a plan of growth.....for whatever reason they have not done this......if the plan was to wait for the settlement of the trial then they should not have done the divy thingy...the managment moves have showed a lack of real leadership. i, for one, am willing to give jt more time but apparently the investment community does not have a lot of faith. this must be earned by our managment group....they really have done little and we are paying the price.
