Agreed - and I think we can also agree that based on the outcome of the re-examination (assume all major elements remain intact) we will see increased leverage against those unsigned that will result in revenues several factors above the present.
It's all about arriving at a position of strength from where we can negotiate - With the J's (and probably TPL too) it was about avoidance of SJ or trial which could have gone one way or the other.

Now moving forward with other infringers, it's about establishing the actual validity and strength of the Patents (TBD).
Complete acceptance of the Patents and all critical elements will allow for the optimum positioning moving forward, along with allowing PTSC to develop a separate business plan.
