(I do NOT buy into the contingency theory based on USPTO approval.)

You and me, both. However, from the settlement which contained a contingency clause(to my surprise lol), which I posted, one contingent on full prosecution of the '584 would be beneficial to both Plaintiff and Defendants, in my very humble opinion.
