What are the odds that we get a triple whammy in April (plus or minus two months)? Namely,

1. Information on the settlement with the Js that is favorable and significant.

2. Announcement of a merger and a steady income stream.

3. Word from the PTO confirming the validity of the patents.

My sense is that the odds are better than 50/50 and that is why I am holding on. Your thoughts?
