From the last press release:

We've signed six in December plus the J's (apparently)

P.S. I wasn't sure if the J's signed a license agreement either but this pretty well lays that to rest. My remaining concern is that PTSC should have released an 8K under Material Events instead of Other Events. I've e-mailed them but so far no response.
