I fear this scenario: Someone gets a wild hair and makes a big stink with the SEC over PTSC's failure to report a "material event" (assuming this is one, per the regs), PTSC complies with the SEC and reports, Confidentiality Agreement breached, back to the court/table.

Careful in demanding your perceived rights, you just might get them!

I qualify this by saying that, IMO, the TPL rep and the legal expertise at TPL and T&T would certainly KNOW the regs and the intent of the regs. If they say reporting is not required, I strongly suspect that they are correct.
