The re-exam of the patents has been overwelmingly posted here in a negative light. I was surprised to see a couple posts stating that the patents could be strengthened by the re-exam. It would be refreshing to read more posts that are positive on this subject and perhaps go into a little more detail as to how the patents could be strengthened. Can the wording on the patents be changed to support PTSC/TPL answers to the claims against the patents and thereby actually strengthening them?
