I agree with Gduck view on Tax implications that is exactly why ,as stated in my earlrier post, we start to see payments versus onetime shots... Lecky & PTSC will both want to see this... I disagree with both of you on earnings.... they are what they are with the exception of signings close to the end of a 1/4... also the only other factor is PTSC can offset gains with some stratigic moves... IE like when they setteled with Fish or Buying a company with carryover losses paying for MA activities.... Since we heard of no purchases... thier is one law suit with a former employee they could write off.... with 5 signings for sure maybe 6 I see a gain of 5 to 7 cents.... this all IMHO.... next 1/4 I think we may see some manuevers for tax reasons...
