That's why I suggest the possibility of a "well over $XXM" statement. It could be low-ball (well below what we actually got to date), but still be very impressive, without giving away anything (e.g., if the Js saw a number approximating what only they - one or two of them - paid, but as a number for 10 licensees, how could they complain that anything significant was revealed?).

JMHO, and I'm happy to see some very respected members joining my "something in the 10Q" bandwagon.

Even without this hoped for info, the 10Q should substantiate a few things. No Swartz warrants, reduced float due to share buy-back (could be bigger than expected), and the number for reported licensees from 3Q. I don't see how the 10Q could totally disappoint.
