To rehash a statement made in the settlement PR again, I keep thinking about the following sentence.

"All parties are pleased with the business resolution of their dispute and will be voluntarily dismissing their Texas and California lawsuits."

TPL/PTSC wouldn't say this if it wasn't truly an accurate synopsis of the situation. As far as the J's concern. They would also say it to appease their share holders and customers. Think about it - they wouldn't want those two groups of people to think, the current management, has made a huge financial blunder. When compared to sanctions and the possiblilty of treble damages, they do have something to be pleased with.

Someone may have said this before in all the previous analysis. However, I do think this statement will infact be "a very sweet victory" for PTSC shareholders.
