In the past we had had "apatenlayer" who was discussing during the start of the reex. Most of the time he was more or less a little bit "bashing". Nowadys "Nathanhale" is posting responses for tech. questions in case of our patents.

You are totally right, if you question that here is no patent layer invested who knows how to play the "infriger games". IMO, it would be difficulty even for a patent layer if he is non-involved in the case to give a proper responses. Without the paperwork etc. it's not possible to build up a opinion very well. The only thing such a patent layer can do is to give comments to the current status or procedure, like Ron did all the time.
