Spare me the thorny responses. I have not lied nor are the posts "drivel". I just raised and supported with cases in point the possibility of an agenda (class action lawsuit) behind this shareholder letter. Certainly from the statement below you yourself have raised the specter of such a class action lawsuit and with the mere fact that an attorney is gathering names addresses and share counts- in other words going far beyond just a list of questions for management- don't you think this will be taken as a thinly-veiled threat by PTSC and TPL management? Answer honestly please.
"If there is any attempt to take PTSC private in a buyout for less than a "fair" amount, which would be at least several dollars IMO, then I will be joining Milestone's team. This is one reason, by the way, why I think a shareholder letter would be prudent in the near term --- obviously, neither TPL nor PTSC are going to do much of anything in response, but the share count could be important down the road."
Also in response to this statement- "Stillpoint, I have not asked that anyone "shut up" about the shareholder letter. In fact, I have said that everyone should voice his or her opinion. What I did say was that there is no real reason to voice non-support, as one can simply choose not to participate. "
Maybe "shut up" is too strong a word here but it sure sounds to me if you are not in favor of the letter and you are saying there is no "reason" to voice non-support in such a case, aren't you just telling us to "keep our opinions to yourselves"? Again-please answer honestly.
Thank you
