Actually, Ron....  Given that you still have the support from the original holders of the '07 50+ mil shares, and perhaps some additional since, as I see it that would represent twice what Swartz holds (I hope currently that is very conservative), and if anyone else is still a larger holder, I'd like to know who, since there is nothing stating so in any recent SEC filing.

If there ends up being no need for such letter, great.. but there is IMO nothing wrong with letting PTSC BOD/Managment know exactly how a large portion of Retail feels.. in fact its our right to do so.
