That is certainly good news, in that at least they are aware. 

My problem is, if the NDA is this restraining, I can not imagine how a public company can continue to operate.  My assumption then is that the 'better silent than sorry' period will end at some point down the road, where the company can again operate normally.  It would really help just to know that normalcy will return, and a rough idea when.  Opty
