In my post I spoke of a third possibility, that "someone would buy shares FOR  Patriot" - this was my theory regarding possible settlement terms (example: Patriot receives 200mio$, 50mio of this in PTSC-shares).

So then if X dollars was devoted to PTSC shares, the lower the price, the more that would be bought back on / for PTSC's benefit as a (hypotheical) term of the settlement?

I think that possibility is a pipe dream, but the way the market has been manipulated lately, making money holding stocks is a pipe dream as well.
