Great thought provoking post! You got me thinking and I will offer this: Could the buyer of PTSC be which ever company that PTSC will buy-out or merge with? That way PTSC can get the shares back with out actually buying the shares. They just buy the company that happens to have assets which PTSC could use to its advantage.
